The Booth Brief
One tip you can use this week. One real operator story. One challenge. That's it.
2,000+ operators. Unsubscribe anytime.
Why we built this
We started Booth Brief because we were tired of seeing the same bad advice in photobooth Facebook groups.
“Just lower your price to get more bookings.” “Buy a 360 booth, that's where the money is.” “Post more on Instagram.”
None of it was specific. None of it came with real numbers. And most of it was from people trying to sell you something.
So we started writing the guides we wished existed when we were starting out. Pricing strategies with actual dollar amounts. Templates you can use tonight. Data from real operators, not made-up case studies.
Everything on this site is free. No course to sell you. No coaching program at the end of the funnel. Just genuinely useful stuff for people who run photobooths for a living.
If you're here, you're probably already good at what you do. We just want to help you get paid what you're worth.

Why you should raise your prices this month (not next quarter)
I’ve talked to 200+ booth operators. The ones charging $1,200+ all did the same thing: they stopped waiting for ‘the right time’ to raise their rates.

Forget polished reels. The posts that actually convert to bookings look nothing like what most operators are posting.

After my iPad crashed at a wedding last June, I put together a tiny emergency kit that lives in my booth bag. It’s paid for itself ten times over.

Frequently asked questions
Is everything really free?
Yes. No trial, no credit card, no upsell inside the PDFs. We make free stuff for booth operators because we love this industry.
Who’s behind Booth Brief?
We’re a small team of people who’ve worked in and around the photobooth industry for years. We built this because we kept seeing the same questions in Facebook groups.
How often does the newsletter come out?
Every Tuesday morning. One tip, one operator story, one challenge. Takes about 3 minutes to read.
Can I share these resources with my team?
Absolutely. Forward them, print them, put them on your break room wall. Just don’t resell them.
I already charge premium rates. Is this still useful?
Most of our best feedback comes from experienced operators. The Playbook and Calculator help you validate your pricing, and the newsletter covers advanced strategies too.
